OTOW WOODSHOP TOOL AUCTIONS
- The free table will be used to display items so the items on that table are not free during the auction.
- Each item will have a bid sheet with the item when displayed in the woodshop on the dates of the auction.
- People can place a bid as many times as they want by printing their name on the bid sheet with their bid amount.
- At the close of the auction the high bidder on the sheet should pick up their item as soon as possible and put a check in the slot in the kiosk.
- The check should be made out to the OTOW Woodshop with the lot number in the memo line of the check.
- Some items will have a minimum bid written on the bid sheet so the bids should be made equal to or larger than the minimum bid.
- Winning bidders will not be notified. It is up to the individuals to monitor their bids and at the end of the auction pick up their items within two days of the close of the auction or the next highest bidder will be considered the winner and will be notified of that fact.
